Please read them carefully before joining the program. These terms govern your relationship with Holy Pilgrim regarding the affiliate program.
1. Program Overview
1.1. The Holy Pilgrim Affiliate Program allows individuals or entities to promote Holy Pilgrim’s spiritual tourism and puja services and earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their referral efforts.
1.2. Affiliates can refer customers to Holy Pilgrim through personalized referral links or promotional codes provided by Holy Pilgrim.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
2.1. To become an Affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2.2. Affiliates may not participate in the program if they are associated with or promote activities that are unlawful, offensive, or conflicting with Holy Pilgrim’s values, as determined solely by Holy Pilgrim.
3. Affiliate Enrollment
3.1. To enroll in the Holy Pilgrim Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process on our website and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. Holy Pilgrim reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
4. Promotional Activities
4.1. As an Affiliate, you are encouraged to promote Holy Pilgrim through various channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, among others.
4.2. You must ensure that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
4.3. Affiliates shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices that may harm Holy Pilgrim’s reputation.
5. Referral Links and Codes
5.1. Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, Holy Pilgrim will provide you with unique referral links or promotional codes that can be used to track referrals and attributed sales.
5.2. Affiliates are responsible for properly implementing and displaying referral links or codes on their platforms.
5.3. Holy Pilgrim is not liable for any errors or failures in tracking referrals or attributed sales resulting from incorrect implementation by the Affiliate.
6. Commission and Payouts
6.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their referral links or codes.
6.2. The commission rate and structure will be determined by Holy Pilgrim and communicated to the Affiliate upon acceptance into the program.
6.3. Commission is calculated based on the net revenue generated from referred sales, excluding taxes, shipping costs, refunds, and chargebacks.
6.4. Holy Pilgrim will provide Affiliate commission payouts based on a predetermined schedule, which will be communicated to the Affiliate.
7. Tracking and Reporting
7.1. Holy Pilgrim will provide Affiliates with access to an affiliate dashboard, allowing them to track and monitor their referral activity, attributed sales, and commissions.
7.2. The provided reports and data will be the sole basis for determining commissions owed to Affiliates.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Holy Pilgrim grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use its trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Holy Pilgrim’s Services in accordance with these Terms.
8.2. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or reproduce Holy Pilgrim’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
9.2. Holy Pilgrim reserves the right to terminate
an Affiliate’s participation in the program immediately if the Affiliate violates any of these Terms.
10. Modifications
10.1. Holy Pilgrim reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on its website or notifying Affiliates through email.
10.2. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the updated Terms are posted or communicated constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and the affiliate program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Varanasi Jurisdiction.
