Cancellation

As a travel company specializing in religious and spiritual tourism, Holy Pilgrim understands that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer the following cancellation options for our clients

1. Flexible Cancellation Policy: We offer a flexible cancellation policy, which allows clients to cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to departure with no penalty. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of departure, a cancellation fee will apply, but we will work with the client to find the best solution possible.

2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected cancellations or other travel-related issues. If a client has purchased travel insurance and needs to cancel their booking, they can file a claim with their insurance provider to receive reimbursement for any cancellation fees or other expenses.

3. Rescheduling: In some cases, clients may need to reschedule their trip due to unforeseen circumstances. We understand this and will work with clients to find an alternative departure date that fits their needs.

4. Refund Policy: If Holy Pilgrim needs to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political unrest, clients will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made to Holy Pilgrim for the trip.
